Kristin Fisher joined CNN on the 20th of July, 2021, as Space and Defense Correspondent. In her new position, Fisher is responsible for covering everything including NASA's recently-created Space Force to commercial space business and the emergence of space tourism. Kristin is the mother of two NASA Astronauts. Kristin has grown up with the space industry and covered the Trump and Biden Administration space policies for FOX News as White House Correspondent. Through that time she covered the 2020 presidential campaign, the impeachment trial, two efforts to stop the pandemic coronavirus, as well as two different administrations' initiatives. Additionally, she was a frequent traveler with President Trump as well as Vice President Trump often. The trip included a shady visit to Afghanistan.
